WJP2 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the WJP2 website, downloading the WJP2 mobile app, or registering an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not register an account or use WJP2 services. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

WJP2 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on WJP2, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where use of WJP2 is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from WJP2.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person.
• You must provide accurate and verifiable personal information during registration and KYC.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each person may register only one account on WJP2. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different personal details — is a violation of these terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. This includes your password, OTP codes, and any security PINs linked to your account. Do not share your credentials with anyone, including other players or anyone claiming to represent WJP2 support.

WJP2 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

To close your account, contact WJP2 support. Account closure requests will be processed after any pending bets are resolved and any outstanding balance is settled.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on WJP2 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include Philippine bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, and supported local e-wallets. The specific methods available to you will be shown at the time of deposit.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a different person — are not accepted. WJP2 may return funds and restrict accounts where third-party payments are detected.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your WJP2 account within the timeframe indicated for each payment method.
• WJP2 does not accept deposits made via credit cards or cryptocurrency.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PHP to the verified bank account or e-wallet on file for your account. The name on the receiving account must match the verified name on your WJP2 account exactly. WJP2 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your KYC verification must be complete. This is a one-time requirement. Subsequent withdrawals follow the same destination account on file unless you request a change and re-verify.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to an OTP confirmation step before processing begins.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are shown at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.
• WJP2 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing large withdrawals.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on WJP2 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking your selections before confirming any wager. WJP2 will not reverse bets due to player error after confirmation.

WJP2 offers sports betting, live casino games, online slots, eBingo, and other gaming categories. Each game or betting market operates under its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the relevant section of the platform.

• WJP2 reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest error has affected the market.
• In the event a sporting event is suspended, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules for affected bets will follow the rules posted for that specific market.
• Winnings from games and bets will be credited to your WJP2 account balance upon settlement.
• Any attempt to exploit game bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage will result in winnings being voided and the account being reviewed.

7 Promotions and Bonuses

WJP2 runs promotions and bonus offers for registered players across different game categories. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are posted alongside each offer on the Promotions page.

General rules that apply to all promotions on WJP2 unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per promotion per player unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• WJP2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.

8 Responsible Gaming

WJP2 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is safe, transparent, and conducive to responsible play. Online gaming is a form of entertainment — it should be enjoyable, and it should remain within limits that work for you personally.

The platform provides tools for players to manage their own gaming activity:

• Personal deposit limits, which cap how much you can add to your account within a defined period.
• Loss limits, which restrict how much you can lose within a session or time period.
• Session time reminders and time limits to help track how long you have been playing.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WJP2 and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening more than one account, or registering using false or borrowed personal information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, access the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks on deposits after receiving gaming credits.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misquoted odds to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your account.

WJP2 cooperates with payment processors, financial institutions, and relevant authorities where fraud or illegal activity is suspected. Accounts involved in such activity may be reported.

10 Privacy and Data Use

By registering on WJP2, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors and identity verification services as necessary to operate the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

WJP2 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

• WJP2 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, or force majeure events.
• WJP2 is not responsible for decisions made by players during gameplay. All betting decisions are made by the player independently.
• In cases where a technical error results in an incorrect payout or game outcome, WJP2 reserves the right to correct the settlement, including recovering overpaid amounts from an account balance.

Nothing in these terms limits WJP2's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments and Governing Terms

WJP2 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players through the platform or via the email address on file. The updated terms take effect from the date posted on this page.

Continued use of WJP2 after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account before the updated terms take effect.
